I like to make skillet-styled meals regularly with either diced potatoes or rice fried alongside diced meats like chicken, some veggie like corn or peas, lightly seasoned usually only with garlic salt and black pepper, in addition to a little butter to make sure nothing sticks to the pan. My favorite more invested foods to make are my god-tier spaghetti and chicken pot pie. Both are a big time and resource investment for me so they're not easy to make but both are incredibly delicious and I love them <3
Oddly the only food I can always eat is Chilli. But only homemade one with my own mix of spices. It's really hard to not just devour the whole pot.
I love stir fry and curries, but I don't make them often. My girlfriend taught me a "Taco Soup" recipe that's really delicious.
